Our team members attended the Human Amyloid Imaging meeting that highlights cutting edge research on molecular imaging and other biomarkers of AD, FTD, and related disorders. We presented some of our own findings, and learned with colleagues about the latest in amyloid PET, tau PET, other kinds of imaging technology, and fluid biomarkers of these conditions. “It’s always invigorating to attend this meeting each year, founded by our MGH colleague Dr. Keith Johnson in 2007. There is so much progress in our field that we discuss and debate each year, with this meeting being on the forefront of the newest technology to help us gain insights into these conditions in the brain and the effects of new therapies.” – Brad Dickerson, MD
