From Care to Cure Season 2, Episode 3 now available

The third episode of the second season of From Care to Cure, a podcast from the Massachusetts General Hospital Frontotemporal Disorders Unit, is available today. In season two, Katie Brandt, our Director of Caregiver Support Services and Public Relations, will talk to various members of our clinical research team and community experts about the FTD care team, who should be on an FTD care team and the roles each individual plays within the team.  This episode presents a discussion between our host, Katie Brandt, the Director of Caregiver Support Services and Public Relations at the MGH FTD Unit, and Dr. Mark Eldaief, a board-certified neurologist and psychiatrist with the MGH FTD Unit, about the role that psychiatrists can play on an FTD care team, the importance of psychiatry in managing symptoms of FTD and related conditions and what families can expect from a geri-psych admission.
