Katie Brandt, Director of Caregiver Support Services and Public Relations, recently traveled to Prague to speak at the International Society for Quality of Life’s (ISOQOL) annual conference. Katie’s presentation was a part of an invited symposium session, Measuring What Matters About and From Caregivers, where she spoke about the importance of the caregiver perspective and quality of life for individuals living in the late-stage of dementia. This was Katie’s first time attending the ISOQOL conference and she was honored to be the recipient of a travel scholarship provided by ISOQOL to support her engagement with this important meeting.
